What do you do during that time of the month and you're craving sweet or salty snacks?

I really dont think I have cravings and the few times I have, they are completely out of control.

That's a good one....

I only have a time of the month every three to four months and I would say it is the sweets I want...

I usually go for pretzels w/ mustard or honey... the Quaker mini rice cakes ("Quakes")and corn rings (I forget what they're called) are good too, prett low in fat and all, and have seasoning that tastes like potato chips, which is what I really want. ;) I rarely crave sweets, so I can't really help you there. Sorry!!

when i crave salty foods i have a spear pickle i found some with 0 calories. And when i crave sweets at home i have a light 'n fit fruit yogurt. Last week my mom bought me a reece's cup i had one and gave dd the other.I think chocolate everynow and then is ok it when you overindulge that you're in trouble,imo

Since I started Atkins, the week my friend arrived, I had to find something to get me through the cravings. Getting off of sugar and having PMS is not fun, LOL. But I did find that a 1 oz. portion of cheeze and a few slices of pepporoni did the trick. I splurged on the week end, my BD, and bought a box of low carb Atkins ice cream bars (not nearly as good as the good stuff, but better than nothing). I added sugar free jello for dessert this week. Also, I grab my box of herb tea (favs. apple & cinnamon, lemon) which seems to give me that little taste of sweetness, with Splenda.
