PMS and diet

I have just rediscovered PMS and dieting don't mix. I am sitting down for a lovely healthy dinner and realize that the hamburger with bacon and cheese at the local hamburger joint is SCREAMING my name. Since I never ignore someone addressing me, where do you think I ended up. :)

So ladies...HELP...give me some advice on what is PMS friendly.

DISCLAIMER: Here on out everything is subject to fast mood swings and all cravings are void if mood swing happens in mid bite.

Karrie...that is funny...great minds must think alike you're right. I never have trouble with like, meat and stuff..though last night my mom made soup beans and cornbread and potatoes, and i skipped the beans and had a piece of summer sausage...I just had to have MEAT! But as in fast-food, I don't eat it anymore. I have had it lately, but just 1 or 2 times...but it is just so fattening....I usually have sugar-free chocolate and cream chews from Cracker Barrell. I love their sugar-free candy selection. It is awesome.

The problem when I PMS is that I am never full. I will eat until I become full and that is not a good thing. It leads to eating way too much of what I want. As for a diet plan, I believe the best thing to say is that I am following the 4 food groups. I am not on any trendy diet or anything that offers results fast. My doctor and the registered dietian I am seeing in tangent with the doctor are teaching me what foods are healthy, how to put them together, and listen to my body and what it is telling me.
