no more joking...thoughts about binging

I am thinking it's time for a new topic here. I will say that this pms is BAD. I can't get full and I can't seem to find what I want. That is NOT good news at all. My question is this...do you think your body will try and naturally purge? I have this horrid feeling that I need to get rid of everything and I won't so don't worry about that. I do know not to do that what a road to go down there. I am sure I am not the only one fighting this feeling at times. But right now it is really bad and it's not a normal reaction or bodily attitude I have. Your thoughts...

Maybe you just don't feel well b/c of you pms...could that be it? I''m sorry karrie, I am confused.

I have been told that in the past it can or could be related to IBS which I have been diagnoised with. However, I am not sure if that is what it is.
Confused yet?

That really sounds strange to me.....it sounds like your body is rejecting the food and water and trying to expel it or something.
That is funny b/c I always say that I don't have PMS. I do gain water weight and I do want to eat whatever I want-chips, chocolate, etc...BUT I am not really cranky. But whenever I am having my monthly my boyfriend insists that I am being cranky! I act the same as I always do, and I love sarcasm...it's in my nature. So, whenever I am on my period and I say anything sarcastic that I would say any other time too, Roger always says "You're just being cranky b/c it's that time of the month." I'm like "I'M NOT!!!!" lol..but he always tells me I do and I'm not. I think guys have it in their mind that just b/c we are on our period that we have pms and are gonna be bewitches...

As for PMS-
I personally don't get the witchiness of PMS, but I DO have serious pain that I attribute to not having had a real period in nearly 6 years and now suddenly having regular ones. When I was younger I was VERY emotional when I was on. Now I only get irritable over things that would irritate me regardless.
On the flip side, my sister is a complete witch a few days before she starts. She will cry at the drop of a hat, gets killer headaches, and snaps at EVERYTHING. Her 9 months of pregnancy was a blissful reprieve. I don't think she was as bad IN LABOR as she has been with PMS in the past.

As for any emotional issues about it, that has been something God has been good to me about. I am normally a very happy person with little stress. My life is good and I know that am exactly what God needs me to be and I will become what He wants me to be. I know some don't believe that but it's my belief.
The doctor might be right and this could very much be a part of IBS. If it is great, I know what I am battling. However, it is a scary and horrible feeling.
Now when
I think it varies in women during pms and when they are pregant. I do cramp on my first day but with the saraphem it has been great adn it does control alot of the physical reactions to being at that time.
By the way chocolate releases endorphins....medically it is cleared for us to have it.
hugs
