I wish I had that schedule. I am going to work for 9 hours today. My goal today at work is to get up and walk every hour either around the floor or take the stairs between floors. I am going to do 2 chores tonight when I get home and budget my time and money, which is scarce right now. HMMM, maybe it's time to start a prayer journal and have these as the first 2 entries. I do have a start date for the Y for my next paycheck. Salsa is calling. :)

blessings...

I'd love to have that schedule, too! I also work 9 hours a day; when you factor in my commute, I leave around 6:45 each morning, and don't get home until almost 6:00 each night.

I also have stairs at work, so will make some extra trips on them today. Every little bit, right?

Tonight may be a bit more difficult. I've decided to go to therapy (among other things, I think it may help me to get to the root of some of my weight issues), and won't get home until 7:30. It'll be a quick dinner, and not much time for exercise or chores. I guess I'd better make sure I get some extra activity in during the day today;)

hehe well you know what they say...when you have one thing you want something else...I would rather be working right now instead of being a SAHM *blush*

Just got back walking the floor. I feel a bit more awake. As soon as money allows I am heading to our y and see what I can get into there. To be honest this is going to become a prayer request and I am really going to focus on doing this with God as a strength. I can do this. In my weakness I am strong.

I am trying but it has been hard this week. Today is good. I walked around a bit and got some energy flowing. So far I have not eaten everything I have seen today including the donut in the coffee bar. So I am hoping that I will reach today's goal. :)

I don't know how your finances are, but the Y has a financial aid program where you can get some of the cost of membership knocked off based on income. There's NO WAY we could have afforded it without the help.

REALLY!!!!???? I am going to have to ask when I get up there. It's 125 intro fee and 45 a month after. When you are only making 33 without a raise in 2 years it's hard. THANK YOU THANK YOU
