well i didn't do too badly yesterday. I didn't eat much and kept to some good healthy eating. now the chocolate monster was attacking. Today I am going to walk the stairs 4 times instead of the 2 i did yesterday. doing stairs are the hardest thing for me and well going up 2 flights of stairs is about it for now. now i need to decide what i would like to do for the ymce. how are ya'll?

I started off pretty good; I had my usual Slim Fast bar for breakfast. Then at lunch, despite the fact that I had brought soup (chicken and dumplings--not too low cal!), I was also craving salad, so I ran to McDonald's and got the crispy chicken salad (again, crispy chicken not being too low cal). I got home late last night, so had a hot dog and BBQ chips for dinner--definitely not healthy! The only good thing I got in yesterday was managing to drink an entire bottle of water; big deal for me, 'cause I hate water, and most days, don't even drink a drop!

I'm doing well today. Getting over a little cold I caught from one of my kids no doubt.
I've kept up with the exercise and water intake. My meals have been right where I want them so I'm happy. However, I feel like I'm holding some water this morning. Looks like AF may be visiting soon I think. Hope it doesnt affect my "official" weigh in on Monday!
