well i didn't do too badly yesterday. I didn't eat much and kept to some good healthy eating. now the chocolate monster was attacking. Today I am going to walk the stairs 4 times instead of the 2 i did yesterday. doing stairs are the hardest thing for me and well going up 2 flights of stairs is about it for now. now i need to decide what i would like to do for the ymce. how are ya'll?

Hey I'm good karrie thanks. It's great you did so good yesterday. Well, I am happy b/c my mom bought me some hot chocolate that 25 calories a packet. It'll take some getting used to..I am used to drinking Godiva double chocolate truffle, and you add milk to it, this is like Nestle or something, and you add water...so it's got a different taste, and plus it uses artificial sweetner, and so it's not really rich like I'm used to. But I am gonna drink it though. She also bought me some helathy choice meals and soups and some 98% fat-free popcorn and some more fruit. I am happy about that. I also started working last night, so I had to sweep and mop the whole restaurant, and it was hard work...I think that is gonna start being my exercise lol. I don't work again til Sunday afternoon..but I am gonna start working a lot and it is really hard work. I am used to working at restaruants, but just serving and hosting..not cleaning up stuff like that...scrubbing floors and stuff...granted I did used to wash the dishes, but my boyfriend always ended up helping me, so it wasn't that hard.

Well, I didn't do really bad yesterday, but it wasn't really good either.

I started off pretty good; I had my usual Slim Fast bar for breakfast. Then at lunch, despite the fact that I had brought soup (chicken and dumplings--not too low cal!), I was also craving salad, so I ran to McDonald's and got the crispy chicken salad (again, crispy chicken not being too low cal). I got home late last night, so had a hot dog and BBQ chips for dinner--definitely not healthy! The only good thing I got in yesterday was managing to drink an entire bottle of water; big deal for me, 'cause I hate water, and most days, don't even drink a drop!

Hello! Glad you had a good day. I had an ok day. I did pretty good, I had a baked chicken, spinach and mashed potatos for dinner. All in good portions. But then I caved and had 2 soft pretzels last night w/ cream cheese. I did however, start exercising. I did my TaeBo tape. I like that program the best.

Hello! Great job with your healthy eating yesterday! Keep going! The stairs are a wonderful form of exercise- those suckers are hard! LOL.

I'm doing well today. Getting over a little cold I caught from one of my kids no doubt.

I've kept up with the exercise and water intake. My meals have been right where I want them so I'm happy. However, I feel like I'm holding some water this morning. Looks like AF may be visiting soon I think. Hope it doesnt affect my "official" weigh in on Monday!
