Here it is:
Drink 560 oz of water a week that equals 2,240 oz of water for the month. Alot, but I can do it!
Excrise for an hour a day. 7 hours a week and 28 hours for the month. And I can do that!
I got a gym membership on top of my Jazzercise. So I should have NO problem at all. I am also going to increse my walking.
Food. I am going to cut out all breads and sweets. (already done that) But no cheat. I have had a few sweets here and there. I am also going to watch fried foods. (done that too.--just want to make sure I can keep them OUT OF MY LIFE!)
Attitude: I want to be more of social person this month. I am really shy, b/c of my "old" life style, and with a attitude change I will not be shy anymore!!!
(doing that IE: Jazzercize and Gym membership)
Weight: I would love to loose 5 pounds a week...(RIGHT!) Umm for real though, I would love loose a pound a week. That is four pounds for the month.
Just sharing what I want to happen this month for me! It can be done:)

my goals are
10 pounds (want more but being realistic)
exercise 7 days a week by:
walking in the mornings to Leslie Sanson 15-30 minutes,
walking in the everning with Leslie Sansone 15-30 minutes,
toning in the evening 3 days a week with personal trainer,
maybe spinning class at lunch ---maybe--
drink my 64 oz mug of water EVERYDAY which is a minimum of 1856 ounces of water for the month!!!!
book some Tupperware Parties
get my taxes done
clean up my office!!!
paint my living room
take back my library books!!
LASTLY
stay on phase one of South Beach for an extra week maybe two it hasn't been bad with the cravings after the first 5 days I don't even think I would like sweet and gooey!!

My February goals include:
~losing 10 pounds
~doing my 30 minute circuit work-out 3 times a week
~doing my Pilates DVD work-out 2 times a week
~staying within my target points for WW
~increasing my water intake to at least 64 oz a day
Not too lofty, definitely within reach for me.
