Everyone did so well with exercise minutes last week! Can't wait to see this weeks totals
Sun - 65 mins on treadmill. 3.11 miles 3.0-3.5 mph
Mon - 20 mins learning my new circuit training program at the gym
Tue - 40 mins circuit training 20 mins treadmill
Wed - NONE - too sore
Thu - 48 min circuit training 30 min treadmill
Fri - NONE
Sat - 20 mins on treadmill 40 mins circuit training
Running total = 283

Mon - 40 mins step aerobics(morning)
Tue - 40 mins kickboxing (morning)
Wed - Off day
Thu - 50 mins the Firm (morning)
Fri - 40 mins Kathy Smith aerobics
Sat - 30 mins Kathy Smith Interval workout
Total: 225 mins
Sun = 85 min! Go Me! Go Me! Go Me!
(55 min ball work out including, stretching, toning, strength, breathing, and relaxation)
(30 min elliptical trainer , not easy! (for me at least))
Sunday~A mile walk.
Well I didn't get back on plan until Today (I finally did it too, back on plan!!!!)..........but here we go

Mon - 30 minutes of walking
Tue -
Monday--30 minutes on the stationary bike.
Tuesday--30 minutes on the elliptical trainer, 30 minutes on the stairclimber, 30 minutes walking.
Wednesday--Took the day off.
Thursday--30 minutes on the elliptical trainer, 30 minutes on the stationary bike, 30 minutes walking.
Friday--30 minutes on the stair climber, 30 minutes on the stationary bike, 30 minutes walking.
Saturday--30 minutes on the elliptical trainer, 30 minutes on the stationary bike, 30 minutes walking on the treadmill.
Total for the week: 390 minutes.
