Everyone did so well with exercise minutes last week! Can't wait to see this weeks totals

Sun - 65 mins on treadmill. 3.11 miles 3.0-3.5 mph

Mon - 20 mins learning my new circuit training program at the gym

Tue - 40 mins circuit training 20 mins treadmill

Wed - NONE - too sore

Thu - 48 min circuit training 30 min treadmill

Fri - NONE

Sat - 20 mins on treadmill 40 mins circuit training

Running total = 283

This week was FANTASTIC ladies!!!!

For a grand total of 1783 minutes!!!!! Thats 29.71 HOURS. Thats almost a full time job! I think next week we can get in 1800 minutes!

I'll see you ladies on next weeks exercise minutes. Lets beat last week!

I got tired of trying to find my post so didn't update mine..was thinking maybe a daily post would be better, weekly doesn't seem to work well but since u took it over i'll just leave as is..lol..

I wasnt trying to take anything over I just wanted to keep a good idea running. The easiest thing to do to keep track of your post is to scroll down to the bottom of your post and remember which post number you are. Honestly I think a daily thread would be too hard to tally up at the end of the week.

Don't be mad at me, I love ya woman! LOL

Well another bad thing about daily posts for the exercise minutes is that not everyone updates everyday.
