Goals 4 February...exercise,weight,water

thought i would start a post for our Feb. goals, then i will post to see how everyone is doing on their goals.

Anyone have any exercise goals for this month? to do a certain amount of minutes a week? To try a new exercise? to exercise daily?

How about weight goals? Lose a certain amout a week? Lose a certain amount by last weigh-in?

How about water goals? increase water intake? to keep with the same water intake?

here's mine:

Exercise~ the same, exercise daily, 250 min. weekly

Weight~ i'll be happy with 8 lbs(2 weekly) but i really want to lose 11 this month..lol

Water~ same

My main goals this month are to continue my exercising, at least 5 days a week and to lose 9 pounds =)

Feb Goals: Exercise 4x a week. I'd like to lose 10-15 lbs.

I think that would be a great start to my diet.
