I'm Tina and I live in Atlanta (-ish), GA. My stats are 266/261/160?, and I started using my own plan on Jan. 2, 2004. I just signed up for Jazzercise (I LOVE IT!) and am thinking about joining Weight Watchers, as using my own plan has proved to be far too flexible. :)
My main goals for the year are to become more healthy/ lose wieght and to take care of my relationships (with boyfriend, friends, and family).

My highest weight was 242 on Dec 29th, 2003 and I am currently 236.
My plan is low cal (apprx 1200 daily) and exercise at LEAST 4 days a week.
My goal is to be at 140lbs this time next year but most importantly to finally be happy with my body.
I just hope to lose some weight...any weight!! Maybe get down to the lower 200's would be great
