I'm Jess, and I'm 23. My official high weight is 232, although I think I was closer to 240 back in August. My current weight (naked!) is 204. My goal weight is 130. I'm counting calories, keeping a food journal, and exercising. I live in the beautiful state of Oregon...though I'm stuck on the rainy side! :-(
I'd like to be down to 150 by the end of this year. And I'd LOVE to find a job for the summer!

My main goal for this year is developing healthy habits. I think healthy actions will give me the results I'm looking for. I want to lose weight, get fit, and raise my self esteem. I'm learning to exercise and eat the right foods for my body.

My main goal for this year is, drum roll please, to get down to a healthy weight, get into shape, and be overall feeling a heck of a lot better, soooooooooo me and Dh can start trying for a baby by the end of the year. Am I crazy, lose it to just gain it back?, LOL Oh, well its something I want to give my self and my future family and in the end will be worth every ounce of hard work.

My goal for this year has recently done an about face. I had originally hoped to drop at least 30 lbs this year, but I just found out I'm pregnant, so perhaps that's not the best goal? Now I just want to get in better shape before giving birth; take a walk everyday, do some light weight training, and watch what I eat.

My main goal for this year is to make it *at least* half of the rest of the way to my goal, which would put me at around 200 lbs.
