same thing happens to me, i weigh my self in morning and then if i weigh again during the day/evening after i've eaten or drank anything and it'll go up 3-5 lbs!!I got so upset til i read that it happens so that's why it's good to pick a time and only weigh yourself around that time.

Overnight your body is digesting the food and using water you already had in your system (food and water weighs lbs) :) This is what I was told and supposedly this is supposed to be your "true" weight. Thats why I weigh in Friday MORNINGS LOL.

That's why on Tuesdays I try not to eat much before my weigh appointment b/c I know I'll weigh-in at that much less.

You burn calories around the clock actually. And most people weigh less in the morning than when they went to bed (especially if you get up and go to the bathroom before stepping on the scale). Your heart doesn't stop pumping when you sleep. Your other organs don't cease function. That's what BMR is all about, after all. Have you never noticed that before?

"Do you plan on posting about your "weightloss" experience or dieting experience? "

What would you like to know? Sure, if I'm going to get my head bit off like that person Sara did to another newbie for no reason at all. But I'm not willing to put up with that kind of thing.

Cute kids, BTW.

Hi and thanks for the cute kids comment..I kinda like them too *wink*

Well how much do you have to lose ? Or if you have hit goal how much did you lose? What plan are you on ? Just basic general info..age location etc...

Noone will attack you if you are coming here for support or to give it...we all have our own ways of dealing with things I personally deal with it by laughing it off..shrugging it off etc..I wont knock Sara for dealing in her own way..shes a really sweet girl and I personally DO like her and if you had read some of snowbird posts..or whatever that posters name was....you would probably see what everyone is talking about..that wasn't the first time that poster got nasty with the regs on this board....As a matter of fact alot of people come to this board just to knock fat people..yes I am fat,..I have dealt with it and am trying to change that..but it doesn't mean people should be so hateful and nasty and come on this board just to feed their ego because they may be on the thinner side of the fence..I am happy for them that they dont have to deal with this awful life of being overweight...if you are overweight then you knwo as well that it isn't great..there are health probl;ems out the booty..and you feel like crap (pardon all the puns) and you dont look your best..well speaking for myself anyways..I dont look my best..some people are more than happy to be big..and more power to them..I was that way before and bought into the whole BBW crowd and have met alot of people that are FA (fat acceptance) I am pro FA but I want to change ME...I dont expect someone who has never been large to understand and maybe that is why Snowbird and some of the others who have attacked us on this board have acted the way they have..they arent as accepting of people who have a weight problem thats perfectly fine but they shouldnt
