Losing weight while you sleep ?

I thought I would see how much I would lose over night..went to bed at 9:30(dunno how I went to sleep so early..I never do that!) and woke at 4....276 at 9pm 272 at 4am...what gives ?wearing the exact same thing etc etc...
Did a google on losing weight whiloe asleep and didn't find anything .
So anyone else up this early am ? ~hugs~

I think the thing that you and Snowbird are missing is that if in fact Sara was blaming the food (and you two have said that repeatedly now), it was most likely a play on words and done in a joking manner.

I'm also curious as to how *specifically* you lost 120 pounds in six months. By my calculations, to lose 20 pounds a month requires a deficit of approx. 2,333 calories a day. It's an absolutely staggering weight loss, one that almost defies reason. Do you have problems with saggy/loose skin? What was your diet like before your weight loss, and what is it like now? What type of exercise do you every day? Do you think doctors and weight loss experts who counsel a weight loss of about 2 pounds a week are not sensible? You have apparently adopted a non-mainstream method of losing weight, so I'm not sure why you find it necessary to pick apart the faults in others' diets. Perhaps we could understand your position if you gave us more information on how you accomplished such a significant weight loss.
