I was very bad at lunch time; I went to McDonald's, and had a medium fries and 10 piece chicken nuggets. Bad girl (reaches over and slaps hand!)!
For dinner, DH is making New York strip steaks; he's always really good about cutting off all the excess fat. And lately, instead of eating a baked potatoe, I've been making a sweet potatoe for myself.
For breakfast, I had two homemade banana muffins, an Odwalla bar, and a coffee. Not great, but not bad, either. However, my best friend sent me a Valentine's day package, and inside I found homemade lemon drops (like lemon bars) and fudge-filled chocolate hearts. LOTS of fudge-filled chocolate hearts. I balanced out some of the chocolate with a chicken sandwich (roasted chicken, whole grain bread) for lunch. I think I'm going to have some soup, a Fuji apple (they put all other apples to shame), and hope that holds me over until tomorrow. I've decided to skip the gym tonight so that I can get some rest and work on my job-hunt, so there's a good chance I'll make myself an English-muffin pizza later tonight.
LOL..everyone has bad days..on my birthday and the day after i went over in calories and felt bad but now i had a few days to get over it..LOL..it wasn't THAT bad
Oh, I know...I just seem to have so many! LOL...I was doing pretty well until the end of Nov., when I had Thanksgiving, then two weeks of finals, then Christmas, and then New Year's. During that whole time I got so little exercise and ate so crappy...I should be thankful that I didn't *gain* weight, but I sure as heck didn't lose, either. I'm just now getting back into the swing of things, and I've begun losing again, but I still felt that twinge of guilt when I ate those fudge-filled chocolate hearts.
Dinner: Pork chop w/ A-1 and salad w/ranch dressing.
