OK, for like 2 weeks now, I have been at the gym, doing yoga, and walking.

OK, for like 2 weeks now, I have been at the gym, doing yoga, and walking.
I've been walking, etc. but just started Jazzercise. Yesterday I went and I was the ONLY student (the weather was NASTY and I guess everyone else just stayed home)! You can't slack off when you're the only one! I had a great time, but I am SOOOO sore already! :)
Feels great though, and I am looking forward to my Saturday morning class! (Though I don't know that my muscles are looking forward to it!)

They had a jazzercise "club", I guess, here for years and then the lady wanted to get out of it and nobody else wanted to take it over. I remember seeing them do their routine on the float during the Rodeo weekend parade.

There's aerobics and toning/ floor work. I love it. :)
