When I come to the boards, I always look in the celebration area below and it puts a smile on my face =)

Thanks Shawna! That is really very nice of you. You keep up the good work too!!

I needed that considering today sucks for me. It's been 2 wks and my scale isn't moving!! I thought it had at the end of last week but that was a fluke. Must've been one of those times of day when you're lighter or whatever. Anyway, I'm losing patience. I've been exercising and eating good. Still it doesn't move. So thanks for the little pick me up! Today I decided to kick it up a notch and be a little more aggressive. So hopefully next week I can have a real reason to celebrate.

If anyone has any suggestions....

i agree it's great to see how people are doing so good and how others are giving motivation. I like seeing the weekly weigh-in to see how everyone is doing. I usually don't look down there during the week..lol..

Step by step Suggestions

1. take out large hammer

2. place scale on flat surface

3. attach the head of the hammer to the face of the scale multiple times, very rapidly and with broad, swinging arm motions.

4. get broom and sweep up mess.

5. Replace hammer.

6. Buy new scale.

It may not actually DO anything for you, but you might feel better and you'd be burning calories when you pulverized the scale
