Exercise Minutes 2/8-2/14

Our goal for this week is 1800 minutes of moving our bodies. So don't forget to log your minutes.
To any newbies joining in just set up a post with the days of the week on it and record your exercise minutes each day by editing your old post.
Sun - NONE - guess this will be my off day
Mon - NONE
Tue - 20 mins cardio 40 mins circuit training
Wed - NONE
Thu - 20 mins on treadmill, 40 mins circuit training
Fri - 50 minutes of singles tennis (I WON!)
Sat - 45 min aerobic class, 30 min circuit training

Mon - 30 mins WATP 2 miler
Tue - 20 mins kickboxing/30 mins shoveling snow from a snow drift in the driveway
Friday: 30 minutes on the elliptical, 30 minutes on the stationary bike, 30 minutes on the treadmill at a 1% grade, 3.2mph. Felt good.
Saturday: Taking another day off.
Total for the week: 90 minutes. But I still lost 2.5 pounds.

Mon - Walked a mile, and did 45 mins. of yoga
Tue - Yoga for 45 mins
Wed - Nothing :(

TUE- 30 advanced Tae-Bo (ouch)
WED-worked from 3-8:30(on my feet), hardcore cleaning for 45 minutes
THU-working from 4-12, closing lobby(cleaning tables, taking out trash, sweeping, and mopping the whole restaurant)

Tue - Step aerobics, 50 minutes

Thu - Roller Skating, 120 minutes

I dont know how I missed all of this...sorry./..but I am on the wagon and working my rear off..LITERALLY..woohoooooo
SUN- none
MON- 30 min cardio total
TUE- 10 min. yoga (Itried it but couldnt hang with it) 20 min. of cardio...I feel goooood
WED- 30 min. cardio 20 min pilate
THU- 30 min cardio (havent done it yet but have an appt with tammilee webb at 2 on fit tv)
