Exercise Minutes 2/8-2/14

Our goal for this week is 1800 minutes of moving our bodies. So don't forget to log your minutes.
To any newbies joining in just set up a post with the days of the week on it and record your exercise minutes each day by editing your old post.
Sun - NONE - guess this will be my off day
Mon - NONE
Tue - 20 mins cardio 40 mins circuit training
Wed - NONE
Thu - 20 mins on treadmill, 40 mins circuit training
Fri - 50 minutes of singles tennis (I WON!)
Sat - 45 min aerobic class, 30 min circuit training

Ok, here’s my mins for the week:
Sun: none
Mon: 60 mins Step-n-Tone with Gilad (the hot looking Bodies in Motion guy) wish it was on DVD
Tue: none
Wed: 60 mins Step-n-Tone with Gilad. Mmmnn!
Thurs: 40 mins Denise Austin Fat Burning Blast (did both 20 min workouts--She’s fun and has such a nice personality!) Wish I had this one on DVD too!
Fri: 60 mins Step-n-Tone with Gilad. Man! is he a Fox!
Sat: 50 mins Kathy Smith’s Step workout (on DVD!) Let me tell ya something ladies, This DVD ROCKS! It has 50 mins of cardio step and then you can do an additional 20 mins of abs, upper body with weights, and a nice, centering, relaxing stretch. Oh! I also walked a mile with my dogs today too! I guess that’s 15 mins.
TOTAL: 285 mins! Cool!
