Howdy Hoody ya'll!!!
Well, today I start the new "diet". Doing well so far. Oatmeal and Soy milk. What is going to be hard is to reduce my portions so that I can eat something little every 2 hours. Goal today is to get my tired rear up after a 9.5 hour work day and go walk 2 miles today. SO ya'll need to help with that?? Nagging is good.

I fell off the wagon BIG TIME this weekend(ribs and burgers and wraps, oh my!), so I am back on today and rearing to go. I started with my 25 calorie hot chocolate to beat the frost, and I have a healthy lunch planned, and I am planning to make baked trout for dinner so it's all good!

Great job on getting started on your new plan. It will take some time getting used to eating frequently throughout the day, but I think once you get settled you'll find it gives you so much more energy. Also, those walks you'll be taking will help tremendously with getting thru a 9 hr. day, and pretty soon it won't feel so gruelling to you.
I know now that I exercise an hr. a day I feel loads better and feel I can tackle anything. Just keep telling yourself that you're worth this effort, you can do this!

Howdy Neighbor!
WTG on new plan I can nag ya..SO says I am a bigtime nag lol so I will help ya!! It is so difficult after working your rear off to go and work some more...but I think you will feel so much better..I just did 15 minutes of cardio..unexpected..I turned tv to fit tv and sharon mann was on..I love her shes so motivational and kicked my a$$...OWWW the sqauts felt so good though!! Everytime I excersice I think "now that wasn't bad at all and I feel so good" I just wish I could remember that..how good it feels to work my body so I can maintain the workouts .
I myself need someone to hold me accountable too...to kick my rear into gear and say "GET OFF YOUR BUTT AND MOVE THAT THANG" lol,.,,so if you need that too I am happy to nag at you ! Good Luck on the 2 hours eating !
