Just wondering how everyone is losing weight and what results you are having?

Hi there! And welcome!!

I'm doing Slim Fast along with portion control, exercise and low carb/fat/calories. I've been doing this for 3 wks and quite honestly the scale hasn't moved. But...I have lost inches. I can feel a loss. My clothes are somewhat looser. My b/f says he sees a loss. But if that damn scale doesn't move soon....

I plan to buy the Walk away the pounds video and see if maybe that will help a little more. I'm doing Tae Bo right now and I think all that's doing is firming the muscle, not burning the fat.

To put it simply...I'm all over the board! I can't find a comfortable zone either.

I started WW in March of last year and hit the 180's sometime this fall, so about 8-9 months.

Yeh I might need to re read the book. It just seems like a big confusing mess sometimes! Is weight watchers hard to follow? I might think of switching. I think I am going to stick with sb for another month and see what happens! Yeh I am on the sb board too, they are trying to help me understand, but alot of them are only trying to loss 10 pounds! That is not very encouraging for me!
