ever since my surgery i've lost all motivation .... help meeeeeeeee LOL, i've been so busy with work that i have no time to exercise or even eat right ....
i can work on the exercise thing myself i suppose .....
could any of you PLEASE give me some tips on quick and easy snacks & lunch ideas

I have wondered and wondered about you girl..I knew you had surgery and figured you were just recupen' but I missed ya!!!
It's so hard to get back on track or to just get on track period...all I can suggest is a baggie of fresh veggiies with maybe some low fat ranch or something to snack on.

As for the motvation...you might have to make some motivation.

its ok though im alright ... i'm not waiting for the motivation, hopefully the motivation will come later lmao .... i'm going to sams this weekend to get a couple cases of water & some fruit & veggies and yogurt to keep to snack on at work ... its easier for me than actually sitting down and eating lunch .... cus i work for the IRS and its tax season, i hardly have time to eat at all until dinner time
Seriously though, I've been keeping oranges, apples, yogurt, pretzels and peanuts at my desk. I don't get to go out much either. I find those are quick, easy and yummy! And a Slim Fast at lunch pretty much does it for me.
Shawna, I long for the day I can look in the mirror and be happy with myself. I know it'll come one day, especially with the help and support of you and the others here. But right now that just ain't happening.
