Daily Exercise Challenge?

This post is to describe my poll..lol..awhile go CL-Rely did a daily exercise challenge post for a week,where she posted 1 area we work on for 10-15 min. that day plus our usual exercise? well would anyone be interested in doing that again? Thought it might motivate/remind people to get some exercise in even if it's only the 10-15 min. on a certain area and might get more posts on the weekly exercise post. Get the members all moving and posting =)

i also have a set workout i do, i was trying to think of some kind of challenge to help motivate people that need it. i don't know anything about food challenges, if you want you could post more on it maybe each week we could do a different challenge and see how it goes, or post a couple and see who wants to do which? Here's the other challenges i was thinking of,either daily or weekly:water(drink a certain amount) exercise a certain body part and/or a certain amount of time a day/week. I dunno just some ideas to help those who might me struggling. Not everyone has to do each challenge so maybe a couple is a good idea?
