My answer: I've definitely noticed my clothes fitting differently. My jeans and bra are now too big, and clothes I wore three summers ago are about five pounds away from fitting perfectly. My face has really thinned out, my belly is flatter, and my leg muscles are as hard as rocks. Last week, a friend caught a guy checking me out in a store (I, of course, was oblivious, LOL). And this morning, while looking at my feet, I noticed that they've thinned out, too--I can now see the spaces b/w the toes. You can't believe how excited I was about that!
The only people who have noticed my weight loss and actually said something to me about it are my parents and my closest friends. I don't see any of them very often, but every time I do, the first thing they say is "My god, how much weight have you lost?"

I have recongnized ALOT of changes in my physical appearance....anywhere from finding my collarbones again, my hip bones and should blades.
I really have not noticed a change, but DH said he has noticed that I am full of more engery.
As far as weightloss, I have noticed a few pairs of my pants feel loose.
In the realm of diet, I feel much healthier. A friend on WW told me the other night that even though she is very near goal weight, and doesn't care much about losing more, that she feels better when she's following WW, like "everthing runs more smoothly and on schedule." lol Well, I laughed with her, but agree- my body defintely feels healthier.
And EXERCISE!!! I have found muscles that I forgot I had. I am feeling stronger. And I definitely have more energy. I am starting to WANT to work out. ;) (Never felt that way before!!) My Jazzercise class only meets 4x a week, and I have found myself wishing it met on the otherdays, and working out at home. :)
I have noticed though, that before I started all this, I was really ignoring my body. Now that I am scrutinizing it, there are things that I hadn't thought about before (consciously anyways) that now I look at and dislike. But we're changing those things, right?? YAY!
This was a great thread, Jess- thanks!
