Mine was great. I got up and worked out this morning to make up for anything bad I did during the day =) . John and I ended up going to Medieval Times, it was a blast. Then we spent about 3 hours playing video games in this adult games place. You can drink a beer and play skeeball, its great. We pretended to be kids all day long and it was a nice change.

My day was so-so but no major complaints besides the Daytona Busch race was rained out.

Glad you asked!

My DH had a red heart on the computer table whenever I got home from work.

My valentine's day was great!

It all started on Friday. I'm a teacher, so kids brought me candy, etc. I am not a big chocolate fan, so I just left it all in the teachers lounge for other teachers to eat.

At the very end of the day, roses from my boyfriend arrived. (They look just like the pics someone posted- pink, red, & white.)

When I got home I baked strawberry angel food cake muffins, and packed them in a gift bag with single serving coffee packets and a cute valentine mug and a card. I took it down to his office so it would be on his desk when he got to work at 3am. He was so suprised! :)

Yesterday, I got up and went to Jazzercise- and worked HARD! :) Then Chas and I went to the Melting Pot for fondue- YUMMY! After eatin, we went to see the new movie w/ Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore. (Very funny!)

Back at his place, he gave me a card and a DVD of "Breakfast at Tiffany's", which I love, don't own, and had mentioned innocently in passing recently. He also gave me chocolate (how cruel!)- and it is GOOD chocolate, not the yucky stuff the kids gave me. So... I am going to have to ration it or something!

All in all I had a good week eating and working out, so I think my one day off shouldn't put me too off track.

Hope everyone else had a great day- looks like you did from what I've read so far. :)

Love,

Tina

I told everyone NO CHOCOLATE!!! At school, I did get candy, but I gave it all to my pregnant sister and 2 year old nephew.

To surprise me, he was gonna get a hotel room on Friday night in town and have a bouquet of scented silk roses he bought me(i don't like real flowers..they die) with an "I Love You" balloon and the card said "I kiss the ground you walk on. Love, Roger" and he was gonna put it in the hotel room and put hershey kisses on the ground leading up to where it was. He was also going to put all these items on the bed that spelled out "I worship Sara." It was gonna be googly eye glasses with one eye missing for 'I' then toy soldiers for war or 'Wor' then a boat for 'ship' and then have a picture of me at the bottom...BUT he couldn't get a hotel room b/c they were having a bball championship at the high school so the other schools got all the rooms in town...but plus, I was in his driveway when he pulled up on Friday and I wasn't supposed to be, so I saw it and he went ahead and gave it to me. I felt bad I ruined his surprise. So, at about 12:30 a.m. I gave him his gift and we called it even. The next night(VDAY) we went out to eat and stayed a a hotel. We had fun!! =) And Tuesday is our 1 year anniversary!
