Tue - WATP 3 mile workout, 45 minutes / Walking, 45 minutes

Wed - Off

Thu - Off

Fri - Roller Skating, 180 minutes Woohoo!!!

Sat - Off

Total 345 minutes

Wed,18-40 min treadmill & 25 min. weights

Th,19-45 min. fat burning workout

Fri,20- 45 min. treadmill,20 min. weights

Sat,21- 40 min. yoga

TOTAL 290 min.

Sunday: 30 minutes on the elliptical, 30 minutes on the stationary bike, 30 minutes walking around the track

Monday: None

Tuesday: None

Wednesday: 30 minutes on stationary bike, 30 minutes on stair climber, 30 minutes walking around the track

Thursday: None

Friday: 30 minutes on the elliptical, 15 minutes on the rower, 15 minutes on the stair climber, 30 minutes walking around the track

Saturday: 30 minutes on the elliptical, 30 minutes on stationary bike, 30 minutes walking around the track.

Total for the Week: 360 minutes.

Tue - Nothing

Wed - 15 minute walk at lunchtime, 15 minutes The FIRM, 15 minutes strength training

Thu - 15 minutes WATP

Fri - 15 minute walk, 20 minutes stretching and toning

Sat - 15 minutes strength training

Total 175 minutes
