Baaaaad week for me.


SUN, MON, TUE, WED - NONE


Thu - 60 mins aerobics class, 30 mins circuit training


Fri - NONE


Sat - 45 mins step aerobics and 15 mins circuit training


Total = 150 mins

Sun - off (but walked around downtown for quite a while!)

Mon - 60 min Jazzercise

Tues - 60 min Jazzercise

Wed - off

Thurs - 60 min Jazzercise

Fri - off ...sat on my butt...

Sat - 60 min Jazzercise

Total: 240 minutes :)

SUN- NONE


MON-20 MIN CARDIO + 2 MILE FAST PACED WALK


TUES-NONE


WEDS-30 MIN CARDIO


THURS-NONE unless cleaning up after WW3 is considered exercise


FRI- we shall see I have company and it is a scary sight indeed watching me bounce and sweat etc etc..as it is my baby Blake looks t me like Im nutts!! lol
