Back w/a Richard Simmons question...

Hey Ladies! I am back again but this time with an oddball question!!!

Does anyone here do the Richard Simmons workouts? I am considering getting one of his tapes! He has so much energy (which I so desperately need!) and maybe watching one of his tapes will motivate me to get my butt up and join in the sweatin' to the oldies! It seems like a fun way to get my exercise in! Any input on his workout videos would be great! Thanks in advance:)

Mindy

His moves are DEFINATELY fun but they are complicated and sometimes hard to follow.

Thanks Ladies:) I am just trying to find a good workout video that is fun (so I'll stick with it!) and I don't want to have to go through 10 duds to find a good one!!! Who has the funds for that?!?!? LOL! Thanks again for replying! And any recommendations will be greatly appreciated:)

Mindy

Hi Mindy, i have several exercise tapes i do..i get bored of doing the same thing..lol..some of the ones i do are:Buns of Steel,Dynamite Legs,Tae Boxing,Tae Bo,Gilad's fat burning(he has a lot of diff. ones, used to be on tv and i'd do him weekday back when i was in shape..haha),Tony Little and Denise Austin. My library has some exercise tapes you can take out, you may want to look into that and see if your has some. Good Luck finding a good exercise tape, let us know if u find a good one!

I like Richard Simmons' videos. I didn't find them hard to do, and at the end he has all of his exercisers line up and tells their name and how much they've lost. It's inspiring. And he's SO HAPPY! I like happy people.
