they say for weight loss that water is great tool, so the challenge is to drink at Least 80oz. a day this week! that's 10c./5 pints/.63 gallon/2.4 liter. If your
drinking more then that great keep it up, if you can't drink 80oz. try for at least 64 oz. From what i've read when you have a lot of weight to lose you should drink more then the usual stated 64oz. so let's work on it! I personally drink 90-120oz. a day. Guzzle Guzzle =)

I can handle 80 ozs of water this week but as you up the challenge I will probably drop out.
I know water is supposed to help you lose weight but can anyone tell me why? In all my biology and anatomy classes I've never learned this. So if anyone has a clue please let me know!
Water flushes out your system initially but as you maintian or increase your water intake it will continual flush out the toxins in your system that maintain that horrid bloat. It also helps to make you regular. Think of this gross thought....6 feet of small and what 3 feet of large intestines being flushed out regulary...how many pounds of ick do you think that is.
Also, another hint....teas are considered a water by most. Got that from my mom's personal diabetic dietian. If you subsitute tea (decaf) for another drink, you are getting a glass or more of water as well. By the way green tea is great for flushing.
