WEEKLY EXERCISE MINUTES CHALLENGE

Ok we've been doing a weekly exercise sign in and so far everyone who has posted has done very well. The challenge for this week is for everyone interested is to work out at least 120 min. this week. that's 30 min.X 4 days a week / 20min x 6 days. If

you can do more then that's super!

There's a weekly exercise min. thread this week if you'd like to post and keep a tally that way plus it will show how many motivated people we have on this board working our bodies to get fit. Let's get our bodies moving and help each other with the motivation of doing so!
