what exercises do you do~lift free weights & aerobics at home; weight machines,walk track & treadmill at Y

Goal weight is 150. I decided on it because it is the smallest and best weight I remember being.

what exercises do you do~

Free weights, Walk Away the pounds workouts, step aerobics, and walking outside.

how long have you been posting/lurking on this board~ Since mid-November

how do you relax~ I don't. Even when I take a soothing warm bath with tub teas and candles, my mind is racing a million miles a minute.

fave song(s)~ Beethoven's 9th--"Ode to Joy"

fave tv show(s)~ "Scrubs," "Friends," "Will and Grace," and old-reruns of "Cheers" and "Seinfeld." Oh, and "What Not to Wear." Too bad I don't have a TV.

fave color~ Red

what do you collect if anything~ Nothing

kind of car you drive~ A late-1980s family sedan with 170k miles on it.

do you have a goal weight,if so how do you come up with it~ 130. It's a healthy weight for my height and body frame.

what exercises do you do~ I walk, use the elliptical trainer, ride the stationary/recumbent bikes, use the stairclimber, and lift weights.

how do you relax~ sleep. lol! Sometimes I watch TV, sometimes I go for a walk or read a book and sometimes I play cards or my clarinet.

fave song(s)~ depends on my mood. At the moment I am listening to some songs my exhusband recommended.

fave tv show(s)~ ALIAS, Friends, and I watch the Nanny and Golden Girls when I can.

what do you collect if anything~ angels, bears, stones, crystals, goddess images/statuary, and fairies

do you have a goal weight,if so how do you come up with it~ 150. It's the weight I remember feeling REALLY healthy at. I may alter this later, because at that time I played volleyball, soccer, field hockey, and was in marching band. If I did all that now my kids would have to learn to cook. LOL!

what exercises do you do~ WATP, stretching, jumping rope, and weight machines stair machines and treadmills and pool at the Y.

2. How long have you been posting/lurking on this board ~ I have been posting since I found this board in early January 2004

3. How do you relax ~ I listen to music or read, and newly I WORK OUT! :)

4. Fave song(s) ~ I love all music, but especially country, alternative, new and classic rock, folk music, jazz, classical... ;)



5. Fave tv show(s) ~ Hmmm... I love Jeopardy and Millionaire... other than that I don't have any shows I am addicted to right now.

6. Fave color ~ I'm in a neutral phase - black, white, khaki and red are my current staples.

7. What do you collect if anything ~ I collect cookbooks and things with ladybugs on them.

8. Kind of car you drive ~ a silver 2003 Toyota Echo. I love my car! :)

9. Do you have a goal weight,if so how do you come up with it ~ My goal weight is a loose number right now. I haven't consulted my doctor about it, so it is really just a number adapted from a "ideal height/ weight chart" ... I am almost 5'10", and I am kind of playing it by ear.

10. What exercises do you do ~ I really enjoy aerobics. I recently joined Jazzercise and LOVE it. I also have a few tapes I do at home (Walk Away the Pounds, and Bellydance for Fitness), but am still looking for the perfect video.
