For breakfast I had a spinach omelette (no cheese) and whole wheat waffles. For lunch I'm having a chicken caesar salad. Don't worry, I know how fattening the dressing is. They put it on the side and I don't pour it on the salad. I just dip the lettuce in and I only end up eating about a quarter of the dressing that they give me. Oh, and I don't eat the croutons. For dinner I think I'm having black bean soup, and I'm not sure what with it. And for snacks I'm having fruit.

Linda,

A trick my dietian told me was to order the dressing on the side and dip your fork in it and then get get a bite of food on it. It works. You get the taste and even less of the dressing than anything else would have.
