Bad eating day here! What is it about Spagetti? For some reason, it's extremely hard for me to stop myself from overdoing it. I get seconds and sometimes thirds! I guess it will have to join brownies as one of my big time trigger foods and thusly be

I third that notion! Spaghetti is my nemisis! It's an awful love/hate relationship I can't get past. :(

But I feel ya girl! Keep fighting it though. By the looks of your stats you're doing really well. Kudos to you!

Well, you know what they say about having no one to blame. Just take responsibility for what goes into your mouth. If you don't make too much, then you can't eat too much. It's not only about food choices but portion size. Just think, in the time you've been binging off and on on your diet....others have already lost over 100 lbs, just by using commonsense. Try that.

If you're dieting, brownies have no business in your home, desk, whereever. And while some spaghetti is okay, you have to stick to one portion size. No one can do it for you. You have to help yourself.
