yo what up g's??? OK that was so enough of the west side gangster. Hmm, maybe P.Diddy has a place for me?

I was good yesterday. My mom made her second from scratch meal last night. She made homemade potato soup. YUMMY!!! AND --drum roll-- only half a bowl and walked away from what my tummy wanted which was seconds. LA LA LA beat that one down and it was sooo good. I also have 4 boxes of girl scout cookies and only had 2 of my fav thin mints. Doing better than I thought I would. And after all the ick of eating this weekend I am down a pound so maybe those ick pounds will go away by this Friday.

Hey Kar!!

Yumm...my mom never makes homemade soup =*( I WANT SOME!!!

I did really bad eating this weekend too. Yesterday wasn't as bad, and today I am doing very very well. I am meeting my mom, sister, and nephew at McD's at lunch and my mom told me to tell her what I want, and she'll have it there when I get there... I wanted to say "I WANT A #1 SUPERSIZED!!!" I said "I'll have the Cobb salad with grilled chicken and low-fat ranch." And all I had for breakfast was a Spcial K bar and water. =)

Yaaaay!!

yay Sara, your doing good today! I remember seeing a program that had the good nutrion wise to the bad from McD's and i know the salad's were the 1st good ones. I never went to Mcd's my fave was from BK the chicken sandwich(560 calories) and the fist(520 calories) and of course deep fried so lots of fat. Dang it..LOL..here's a webpage that gives the nutrion info on restaurant foods:http://www.caloriesperhour.com

karrietex all you haveta do is look up McD's chicken nuggets nutrion info and will see

the info on it. I only eat nuggets that are oven fried they taste better to me(plus ARE heathier) Our m's had veggie burgers i personally am into cooking so i make our own meals, so if i want a veggie burger i'd make my own. Expecially when i have friends who have worked in those fast food places and told me a few things..LOL..but hey u seem to think you know a lot about your McD's so i am sure you know all about everything they sell there.

They taste better too and one thing I have noticed about the nuggets at macadoos now is that when you pat them down with a napkin it's not oily as it used to be. They grilled sandwich is not bad and neither are the wraps they have now. HMMM, kinda hard to find the healthier things there but when you have 2 godchildren that love happy meals you have to find the right stuff to eat even there.
