Organized workouts....suggestions?

Organized workouts....suggestions?

Hi! Since I joined the Y I have been toying with the idea of taking one of the classes they offer. BUT I can't yet decide which to take. I am going to list my options and see if y'all can help me make the best decision.

My choices are:

Deep Water Fitness

Step-Cardio Aquatics

Step-aerobics

Step-Mix- I don't know what step-mix is, but I think it sounds fast paced

Have any of you done any of these before? Any thoughts or suggestions?

I would go with the water class if you're not familiar with fitness classes. Step classes require you to have decent rhythm and coordination, so if that isn't your thing... :)

You don't list any hi/lo classes (no step) I would suggest those as well.

Hi, the only Y class i've taken is a workout class because it was free with our membership,it was aerobics and stationary exercises..50 or 70 min. 3 days a week. Good luck picking one =)
