Is it okay with you ladies if we revive/ continue the "Menu for Today" Posts? I felt like it kept me a little more accountable when I posted what I was eating for all the world to read. lol

Today:

Breakfast: Slimfast

Lunch: Green salad, FF dressing, hard boiled egg and fruit

Dinner: Making birthday dinner for my BF... Baked chicken with parmesan and sundried tomatoes, rice, steamed broccoli and cauliflower

THEN... we're going to the circus... I will say right now that I don't think I'll be able to pass up the popcorn... I'll get a small and share. :)

Have a great day!!

To all,

AWESOME! I think this not only makes me feel more accountable about what I eat, but also gives me some GREAT ideas!! Looks like everyone is having a healthy and YUMMY day today!

I'd like to keep posting menus daily if it is cool with everyone else. If you're on before me and want to put one up, go for it!! :)

Breakfast = Cinnamon raisin English muffin and 1 c. low-fat yogurt.

Lunch = Turkey sandwich w/mayo on whole-grain bread, 1/4 c. almonds, orange, ginger snaps, and Caffeine Free Diet Coke

Dinner = Hmm...who knows? Maybe some spaghetti, or a Lean Cuisine meal. I haven't decided yet.

Total calories for the day will probably be right around 1900-2000.
