I was bad yesterday- had a HUGE dinner. It was my boyfriend's birthday after all, and it was mighty yummy (if I do say so myself- I cooked it), but I think between that and Valentine's day, I might have a crummy weigh in! :(

Today:

Bkfast: Slimfast... and a few bites of leftover chicken (bad, Tina, bad!)

Lunch: Green salad, FF dressing, hard boiled egg, fruit

Dinner (edited): Grilled chicken sandwich with tomato and mustard from Wendy's, diet coke

Today, I feel like crap, so here is what my meal plan is today(note the healthy breakfast):

BFAST: Special K bar, one Kinder chocolate bar(small German children's candy)

Lunch: Sandwich, baked doritos, yogurt, water

Dinner: I work at 5, so whatever I scrape together before work...probably gonna be chips and salsa..or chips and dip...lol...i don't feel like eating healthy today..I want to crawl back into my shell and nap

Would you believe, this is the first thread I've found on the board about weight issues!! Hallalulah. Can I comment on yours first? Slimfast, ugh...personally if I had to choose between slimfast anything and nothing at all...I'd prefer nothing. I can't stand the idea of that stuff. I hope the salad was a substantial one? Dinner, lean cuisine...my answer there would be the same as slimfast. It's not lunchtime for me yet. I've had homemade granola and yogurt for breakfast though, and I'll probably have soup and salad for lunch, and tonight I'm making potroast.

Breakfast: Luna bar and Diet Cranberry-Raspberry Snapple.

Lunch: Lean Cuisine pizza, gingersnaps, Caffeine Free Diet Coke, and an orange.

Dinner: No clue. Tonight's my Thursday night date with a friend from high school, and we usually buy dinner.

You mean you don't like Lean Cuisine!?!?! Oh, dear. Darn.

And what do you mean, it's not lunchtime for you? You were just whining about wasting your lunch hour. OK, now I'm so confused about your posts! Can you explain to me please????

Breakfast: 2 eggs w/ a bit of mozzarella cheese and a small glass of fat free milk

Snack: chewy granola bar

Lunch: tuna salad on reduced fat crackers, and 2 vienna finger cookies

I'll probably have a small salad for an afternoon snack.

And I'm thinking of spicy turkey and rice for dinner (it's a dish made with turkey breast strips, brown rice, chicken broth, diced tomatoes, peas, and you are supposed to use like tobasco sauce to make it spicy, but I don't like that so I just add lots of pepper, LOL!)
