I was bad yesterday- had a HUGE dinner. It was my boyfriend's birthday after all, and it was mighty yummy (if I do say so myself- I cooked it), but I think between that and Valentine's day, I might have a crummy weigh in! :(

Today:

Bkfast: Slimfast... and a few bites of leftover chicken (bad, Tina, bad!)

Lunch: Green salad, FF dressing, hard boiled egg, fruit

Dinner (edited): Grilled chicken sandwich with tomato and mustard from Wendy's, diet coke

For someone who came for advice, you sure are giving out an awful lot! :)

I have posted about my food choices before... If you feel you must know, I have slimfast for breakfast because otherwise I would have nothing at all, and I feel better when I start the day with something. I have salad for lunch b/c I LIKE salad. And today was a hugely hectic day for me (work from 7am-4 -including FOUR parent conferences; Jazzercise from 445-545; PTA meeting from 6-730) and it is the healthiest choice I could make on a small budget and little-free-time kind of day.

Now... remind me why I'm defending myself?

Glad you have time to cook. Weight loss is a big battle, but it must be great to only have that one battle! Best of luck to you!
