Ok, here is my news, I started ww on monday, and i got on the scale today and have lost 1.5 pounds so far! I usually get on the scale only once a week but I go to my first meeting tonight and wanted to have a idea of where I should be!!!!!! That is 15 pounds down total since Jan 5. And I swam on Sunday night and walked 15 minutes Tuesday and walked 20 minutes last night!!! I am driking at least 70 ounce of water everyday and loving this point thing!

Im not a math whiz but 1.5 in three days is better than 13 in a month and a half =)
I started doing South Beach on January 5.
I started weight watchers on Monday, (Feb 16), I have lost 1.5 pounds so far this week
AND a total of 15 since January 5!
