BKFST: Slim fast, diet coke
LUNCH: water, Green salad, hard boiled egg, FF dressing, fruit, WATER
SNACK: diet coke, LF Pretzels
SNACK: Twizzlers (oops)

Ah crap. DINNER plans foiled again. Friend from out of town called and made reservations at my FAVORITE RESTAURANT EVER. AAGGHHH!! It is this fabulous Italian place. Can I just say that even though it took me over my plan fr today, I made pretty good choices, and it was WORTH it. YUM!
DINNER: water, 1 pc. bread w/olive oil, (NO APPETIZER, even though my friends ALL ate one), shells with roasted veggies and tomato pesto sauce,NO WINE and NO DESERT (even though they all had that too!) So I didn't do TOO bad, huh? I brought home half of my pasta for tomorrow... Ah, just remembered that I had one bite ( I swear- a single bite) of amanda's creme brule. Yum. Damn.

Lunch: 3/4 cup chicken breast with steamed zucchini & broccoli (236 calories)
Snack: LF Chocolate Graham Crakers & 6oz of skim milk (244 calories)

Lunch- 2 chicken tenderloins cooked with cajun seasoning (YUM) and 2 jalapeno peppers
and for dinner-
a chicken bacon ranch low carb wrap from Subway.
SNacks today- I have had some celery dipped in low-carb dressing and I plan to have some peppers later.
oh- and about 120 oz of water
LOL..forgot to put my menu down..today i had along with water:
breakfast-2 pieces toast w/ strawberry jelly,2 hardboiled eggs+1/2 banana
snack-banana
lunch-toasted cheese + a lowfat pudding
dinner-salad mix,hardboiled eggs,green pepper,carrots,chicken+light ranch
snack-skim milk & peanut butter nature valley granola bar
