EEEWWWW! I 've been slipping all week! First of all, all I have is a paltry 115 mins of exercise for this week to claim. That, and I've dived into a can of Pringles plus visited

I know this may sound crazy, but when I have fallen off the wagon it helps me to go shopping. It reminds me of how far I have come when I try on some clothes in smaller sizes and then I can dream about fitting into other clothes. I know it is kinda silly, but it usually inspires me to keep going a little longer. Hang in there. You have lost a lot of weight so far and I know you will get back.. sharla
