Hi ladies... Two things:

1) I love logging my exercise minutes... Do you think we could log our minutes to correspond with weigh in? (i.e., I would like to log my minutes Fri- Thurs to reflect my Friday weigh in.) I feel like it will help me to better understand my progress. Whaddaya think?

2) Thanks bunches to whoever reccommended "FitDay.com"! I like being able to look at my nutritional info for the day. So far, however, it seems to take forever to look up and log the info. Does it get easier/ quicker with practice? Or does anyone have any tricks?

Thanks again. Hope everyone is having a great week!!

Re: Fitday. I've never liked it precisely because it takes so long. Since all I'm really worried about is my calorie count, I just use an Excel worksheet I made to track my meals and my exercise. If I eat something and don't know the calorie count, I look it up, usually on http://www.annecollins.com.

1- why don't you just post your exercise min. as Fri-Thur? It doesn't have to be the same days as the others. When the minutes are added up to show how good everyone did it's just

to show how good we did during a weeks worth of exercise-doesn't matter what you consider your week start day is. Just think of it of as the weigh in, it's posted on Fri but not everyone weighs in on that day, but when they weigh in they post it.

2- on fitday they have A LOT of outdates stuff..look at the cereal section..LOL..i have a lot of custom foods so it's easy to pick em. When i choose something from the site i look at what the food label says and either fix it or just change serving size to equal the calories =) I like the site too i use it everyday. If you eat the same foods it should still be on the side, just pull down the list til you find it. Also use as many words as possible, like canned peas or raw banana.
