**Saturday**
BKFST: Angel Food Muffin & Jello pudding cup (I know that was awful... fat free, though!)
LUNCH: Chicken Sandwich (low fat bread, boiled chicken breast tenderloin, mustard, fat free cheese), 1.5 cups of steamed broccoli, 1 chocolate heart
DINNER: Leftover shells & roasted veggies w/ tomato pesto (brought home from the restaurant last night); 2 slices low fat bread w/ cooking spray and garlic salt
SNACK: fudgesicle
**Sunday**
BKFST: 2 eggs scrambled w/ salsa and 1 slice FF cheese, 1 c. grits with salt, pepper, 1 slice FF cheese, and teaspoon light margarine
LUNCH: Cup o' Soup (Broccoli&Cheese, 3 FG); Grilled Cheese (lowfat bread, FF cheese, Cooking spray)
DINNER:
SNACK: fudgesicle

decided i wanted a bowl of cereal too..LOL..so add honey nut cheerios w/ skim milk

Breakfast- Apple Cinnamon instant oatmeal and a Viactiv calcium chew
Snack- 1 cup of grapes
Lunch- Tuna sandwich and a tangelo
Snack- 2 cups cauliflower
Dinner- Spaghetti and garlic bread
Snack- 2 dill pickles

This week has been crappy. Too little exercise and way too much crappy eating. But hey tomorrow is a new day and a new start to a hopefully better week.
