I don't like fish...

One question before I go to bed. I just really don't like fish or seafood very much...(with exception of canned tuna with mayo) Seems like every eating plan I look at is loaded with fish! Is anyone else like me? What do we eat instead...chicken every darn day??

Oh yeah, 'cept for that, I HATE FISH. If you come up with the answer to what to eat besides chicken lemme know :-)
I use lots of different seasonings on my chicken though, so at least there's SOME variety.
Although I love chicken it does get tirigin eating it day after day so I make my chicken taste like something else, lol. For instance try this recipe (a BFL recipe from 3FC website):
Chicken meatballs (that taste like beef!)
2-3 defrosted chicken breasts
1 small/medium onion
2tbsp tomato paste
Hy's seasoning (Lawry’s salt type thingy) to taste
pepper
chili powder (i like chili so i add couple good shakes)
1/8tsp ranch salad dressing mix
oregano
1 egg white
2tbsp mashed potatoes (or 2tsbp breadcrumbs, with 4tbsp milk added)
mushrooms, cooked (or canned) and puréed (about 1/4 cup)
Peel onion and blitz in your food processor until its minced (very small bits) add chicken, and spices. Pulse until desired consistency (I like mine relatively smooth). Mix in egg and potatoes/soggy crumbs and mushrooms. Wet hands. Form into small patties or balls. Cook in minimal oil or nonstick sprayed pan until FULLY cooked (the tomato paste makes it stay pink, so I just cook the heck out of mine until I KNOW they are done.) on medium heat (to prevent burning.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
