I want to start running on my dreadmill again and I like to listen to upbeat music when doing it.

Lately I've been listening to Seal's new album called 'IV' even if you've never listened to Seal before it's a great album and gets me pumped everytime. Also, the 'Now Thats What I Call Music' CD's are good too if you like pop. I think I have Now 7 and Now 9 and they're good, not too expensive either.

Um, it's not all pop, but it's all upbeat. And in my partial defense, this is a CD my daughter and I made together so a few of the songs are at her request. However, not enough of them for me NOT to be considered a dork :-)

My current treadmill CD has:

One Way or Another- Lillix

Bad Reputation- Joan Jett

Hit Me With Your Best Shot- Pat Benetar

Walking on Sunshina- Katrina and the Wave

Skater Boy- Avril Lavigne

La Bamba- Ritchie Valens

One Week- Barenaked Ladies

I Want You to Want Me- Cheap Trick

Breathless- The Corrs

Eye of the Tiger- Survivor

Walk Like an Egyptian- The Bangles

I've Got My Mind Set on You- George Harrison

Lotsa Beatles stuff

Roll the Bones- Rush

The Warrior- Scandal

Mortal Kombat theme

I also have a work out CD of techno mixes of classical music, techno celtic music, country music, songs from musicals and movies, holiday music, and oldies. :-)
