I am so grateful for all the welcomes and responses and good ideas I recieved . Wow that was a run on sentance lol. You guys gave me so many ideas I think what I am going to do is try to go easy on the carbs only having my oatmeal in the morning and no sugar which I know is a trigger for me ..
Something I found out yesterday I bought some sugar free dark choc and figured I would eat 2 a day well that didn't work so I guess choc in any form is a trigger . THIS IS SADDDDDD.
But not to worry today is going just great so far

My trigger is salty food... I have stopped buying most of my faves, but still keep pretzels and fat free saltines in the cupboard... they seem safe enough. :)
