Mon,23-25 min. tae bo/5 min. weights
Tue,24- 25 min tae kickology/5 min abs/15 min weights
Wed,25-20 min. boxing jam/ 5 min. weights
Th,26-none
Fri,27-40 min walk,jog/15 min arms,abs,legs
Sat,28-40 min walk,jog/30 min legs,abs,arms
TOTAL 225 min.

Fri 2/20: Nothin.
Sat 2/21: 60 min Jazzercise; 15 min walk
Sun 2/22: 30 min WATP (2 mi); 15 min walk; 10 min crunches/ leg lifts
Mon 2/23: 60 min Jazzercise
Tues 2/24: 60 min Jazzercise
Wed 2/25: Sat on my butt. My calves are still sore from yesterday, so walking just did NOT sound like fun. :|
Thurs 2/26: Jazzercise class was cancelled "due to inclement weather". BOOO!!! ANyways. I couldn't bear to do WATP again, so I just marched, jogged and jumping jacked my way around the apartment while I watched "That 70s Show" lol= 25 min! ;)
TOTAL: 275 min so far! WOOHOO! :)

Friday- 30 mins walking in the neighborhood
Saturday- 40 mins the Firm

Monday 2/23- 20 min mile walking dvd, 15 minutes weight/resistance training upper body
Tuesday 2/24- 20 min mile walking dvd, 15 minutes weight/resistance training upper body
Wednesday 2/25- 0
Thursday 2/26 - 30 minute watp dvd 2 miles

Mon--30 minutes on stationary bike, 30 minutes on recumbent bike, 30 minutes walking around track
Tues--30 minutes on elliptical trainer, 30 minutes on stationary bike, and 30 minutes walking around track
Wed--Off
Thurs--Off
Fri--30 minutes on stationary bike, 30 minutes on stair climber, and 30 minutes walking around track
Sat--Off. Slept on my shoulder wrong Fri. night and it really hurt.
Total for the week: 270 minutes.

Sun- Off
Mon- 30 min vigorous cleaning (yeah, vigorous..........it was a pain in the butt)
Tue- Took an extra day off because Aunt Flo is visiting and she was really gettin on my nerves
Wed- 30 min Pilates DVD
Thurs- 30 min walk w/ dog......(it's been beautiful out....it was still a bit too cold though.....we were glad to get back in the house lol)

TUE - 20 mins interval training (walking/running 2.5- 5.0 mph)
WED - 5 mins walking/jogging and 55 mins lower body workout
THU - 20 mins interval training (walking/running 2.5- 5.5 mph)
FRI - 5 minutes (half walking/half jogging) 60 minutes upper body weights
SAT - 20 mins interval training (walking/running 2.5- 5.5 mph)
