Mon,23-25 min. tae bo/5 min. weights

Tue,24- 25 min tae kickology/5 min abs/15 min weights

Wed,25-20 min. boxing jam/ 5 min. weights

Th,26-none

Fri,27-40 min walk,jog/15 min arms,abs,legs

Sat,28-40 min walk,jog/30 min legs,abs,arms

TOTAL 225 min.

Ok, it's about time I jumped in here...It's been a bad week!

Sun- none

Mon- none

Tues- none

Wed- 15 min stretching, 40 min WATP 2mile

Thurs-40 min- 1 1/2 mile walk around the park. (Nice to get outside!)

Fri- 10 min stretch, 20 min WATP 1mile

Sat-

Total= 125 min
