Bkfst: Slimfast
Lunch: Green Salad, hard boiled egg, FF dressing, 1 c. applesauce
Dinner: We went to "steak and shake"... ACK! I had: Grilled chicken sandwich w/ tomato & mustard, cole slaw, 1/2 order of fries, 1/2 vanilla milk shake. I know I could have done better... but I am about to get to the chapter on fries in "Fast Food Nation" so I figured I better eat some before they turn my stomach. lol- I love french fries!! ;)
LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER TODAY! Good me. ;)

Breakfast I had the new cheerios that have bananas and strawberries in. Not quite sure that I really enjoyed that too much.
Snack is some pretzels
Lunch is a ww meal, chicken fettucine I think. Also peppers, cukes and tomatoes. And some jello with fruit
Dinner haven't thought that far ahead! I am feeling kinda sluggish today though! My kids were really sick all weekend with colds and flus and I feel yucky!
2 Special K waffles with 1 tbsp raspberry low sugar jam, and Viactiv calcium chew
Snack:
Tangelo
Lunch:
Chicken noodle soup with 10 saltine crackers
Snack:
Baby carrots
Dinner:
Pork Chops, mashed potatoes, green beans and applesauce
Snack:
Grape fruit bar, pretzels

Breakfast - 1 light n fit yogurt, large apple
Lunch - turkey, cheese sammich on wheat bread, a lil teeny tiny apple lmao, half a small bag of pretzels
Snack - the other half my pretzels, another teeny apple hahaha
Dinner
breakfast: 2 slices whole grain oat toast w/jam
lunch: 1/2 cup grapes
2 TBS walnuts
salad w/tomato, olives, bacos, FF dressing
snack: apple w/cinnamon
Dinner: 1 1/2 cups brown rice w/braggs liquid aminos
1/2 cup peas, 1 cup broccoli
1 serv. cubed baked garlic & herb tofu
(I just mix everything together in a bowl)
