How to get going....again.

I knew I couldn't diet while pregnant, so I tried really hard to eat sensibly and exercise. I was by no means perfect, but I only gained 15 pounds during my pregnancy. Two weeks after my daughter was born(september) I weighed in at 255.
January of 2003, while breastfeeding, I decided that if my daughter had a prayer for growing up healthy, I'd better start modeling good eating/exercise habits. It took a month or so to get going, but when the weather got nice I started going for walks every morning and became Vegan (95% of the time). I couldn't lose weight too fast because I was nourishing my baby girl, but over the months to come I lost weight. By May I weighed 222, slowing down and by November I weighed 213 and now I weigh an even 200.
Eating healthy is not much of a problem for me anymore, but OVEREATING, emotional eating, and not being able to exercise outside because of the 3 feet of snow is keeping me from continuing my weight loss. I really want this to be the year (the summer). I know I can do it because I've already lost 1/2 the weight and I just have to do it again, but I feel overwhelmed and for some reason cannot get back on the bandwagon.
I know this site will probably help me keep on track, but any advice or encouragement would be greatly appreciated. I'd like to spend my summer feeling good about myself and hiking/swimming/playing with my daughter. My ultimate fitness goal is to be a runner. I loved running in high school, I was on the tennis team, I was 160 pounds then, but reasonably fit. My weight goal is 130.
263/200/130

sarah
