Hi girlies!!! wow... i haven't posted in a long time! haha...ive been lurking for a while... and just chatting... haha... oh well! im sure you all missed me greatly! haha... well today was day one of the South Beach Diet, and so far so good... i was doing weight watchers before... but that wasn't working, i think it was too leanient(i can't spell!). Today is the first day in a long long long time that i wasn't tired at all... usually by like 3 i am ready to fall asleep at my desk. but today i was wide awake... and i didn't get any more sleep than i usually do... and today is the first day in about a month that i drank four 16 oz. bottles of water... so yay me!! haha... well just thought i would say hi and let ya'll know how i was doing... Good luck you all you guys!!!

P.S. - Day two is going just as well as day 1... haha... so far so good... the best part about this is that i dont feel hungry at all, which is the one thing i hate about most diets... the worst part is not eating the candy... haha... but i can get over that... i hope!
I also am returning to Atkins. I was on it several years ago and lost 45lbs in 3 months, but hit a brick wall so I got off. I tried WW again but it took me 8 months to lose the same and then hit a brick wall. Today is my first day and I hope to have good results this time. What does anyone else do when they hit a plateau? Good luck with your diet.
